Orchard Springs Fellowship began in 2001 when our founding pastor, Tony DeRosa and his wife, Janet, received a burden for the area. As they drove into the community they realized that God could do somethng special for this community located in
After contacting the Pennsylvania Delaware District of the Assemblies of God, Pastor Tony and Janet received permission, blessings, and encouragement, to begin investigating the possibility of starting the church.
In search of holding Sunday services somewhere, Pastor Tony and Janet contacted the local elementary school in Bendersville to investagate the possibility of renting that facility. Their request was granted and on
Since the inception of the church, the congregation has seen the hand of God upon them. By faith the congregation looked for a piece of property and God directed us to our present location. The property was a 27 acre lot that listed for $495,000.This young congregation could not even begin to entertain that possiblity.
With guidance from God and fellow pastors, Pastor DeRosa ventured to purchase 8 acres of the 27 acre lot, with the understanding that the church would be able to purchase any of the remaining lots before any other interested parties could.
Since that time the congregation has built their own facility, pictured above, and has purchased an additional 3.5 acres of land. We have a three phase building plan and as the Lord enables we will venture into phase two.

Recently, we have partnered with the Brethren In Christ denomination to begin a spanish fellowship at our location. Rio de Agua Viva-Orchard Springs has launched and meets on Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM.
